At Remotely Assisted, a small portion of time each month is set aside to support one registered non-profit organisation on a pro bono basis. This support focuses on the operational foundations that often go unseen but make daily work easier and more sustainable, such as SOP development, document organisation, folder systems, workflow structure, and clear internal documentation that teams and volunteers can rely on. The aim is to leave the organisation with systems that continue to serve them long after the project is complete. This is offered as part of a long-standing commitment to advocacy work and meaningful causes, and as a way to contribute practical skills where they are most needed.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working remotely with multiple non-profit organisations based in the United States. These experiences, alongside my personal advocacy, have shaped the way Remotely Assisted approaches structure, clarity, and documentation for mission-driven teams that often operate with limited time and resources. Applications for pro bono support are reviewed monthly, with one organisation selected based on current capacity and suitability for this type of operational assistance.
